Colonoscopy day

28 week mark, hard reflecting on having lost Max

Sit here and look at photos of Max and think about how much I miss him

We all come to that what the f*** are we doing with ourselves moment

Stay in the difficult times as long as possible and learn from them

If we wake up we’ll have a reason to be grateful

It all starts with fitness and taking care of yourself
