I began writing affirmations immediately after losing my son Max. I have continued writing every day for more than 1,600 consecutive days.
These words hold the journey as it unfolded: grief and resilience, growth and purpose, faith and the work of turning loss into legacy. Some are my own reflections; others are scripture and words I gathered along the way. Together, they record what I returned to as I learned to keep moving forward.
