We are in this alone, others can help you but ultimately it is up to you and you alone to find your own way through the darkness and find the light. Know when you find that light, when you find your purpose, your why, it is like a feeling the likes of

which is incomprehensible. And when you get to that place look back and remember what you went to though to get there, realize how far you’ve come, and continue to trust the process and move forward every single day.
