When you come out of the storm you won’t be the same person you were before you went through it

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results, be 1% better every day

The beautiful thing about adversity and opposition is that it teaches you

When you go through tragedies and come through it, then it becomes your mission to tell your story

Our generation isn’t always soft in fact I would argue that some of us are harder than previous generations in that we are able to confront the fucked up shit we deal with rather than push it down a live miserable lives
